We only text you if you tick the consent box on our contact form. Ticking it is optional. You can still send us a message without it, and consent is not a condition of any purchase.

When you tick the box, we keep a record that you agreed, the date and time, and the wording you agreed to.

• What you’re looking to do (buy, sell, or something else), if you choose
• Anything you write in the message box
• Which page of our site you sent it from
• Whether you agreed to text messages, and when

This site does not run analytics or advertising trackers. We don’t collect anything about you beyond what you type into the form.

To answer your inquiry and help with the home search, sale or question you contacted us about. That includes replying by email or phone and, if you agreed, by text. We may keep your details in our customer records so we can follow up on that same inquiry.

We use companies that host this website and store form submissions for us. They handle your information only to provide that service. We may also share information where the law requires it.

Reply STOP to any text from us and we’ll stop. You’ll get one message confirming it, and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
