Zachery Blair

Licensed in Maine since 2011, Zach brings over fifteen years of real estate experience to True North Sightings. Clients describe him as responsive and thorough, the kind of agent who shows up with a plan and follows through, going above and beyond on the details that actually matter, like getting a home inspection issue resolved instead of just flagged. When he's not deep in a transaction, you'll find him out with a camera chasing wildlife, a habit that keeps him curious about the land he helps people call home.
Kate Blair
Associate Broker
Licensed since 2017, Kate is the steady hand behind True North Sightings, keeping deals organized and moving from first showing to closing table. Clients notice her communication and market knowledge first, but it's her calm, get-it-done nature that keeps transactions on track when things get stressful.
Our Mascot: Fozzy the Sasquatch
Fozzy is the Maine Forest Sasquatch and our unofficial team mascot. He reminds us to stay humble, keep our feet on the ground, and respect the gorgeous Maine wilderness that we are lucky enough to call home. If you look closely on local trails around Leeds, you might just spot him!
